Finaswani Zin | Head of Public Affairs & Communications Coca-Cola MY & SG


A passionate individual that believes in empowering the community through various initiatives that will eventually help to make a difference within the society.Graduated from MARA University of Technology in Administrative Science Majoring in Company Secretarial studies back in early 2004, I started my journey in FMCG with Nestlé Malaysia.

Did my 11 years+ stint in Nestlé I held several key roles mainly in Commercial division working alongside with brands such as Milo & Nescafé, where I had the opportunity to work with team from various divisions,regional counterparts and key stakeholders on projects that helps to re-ignite the growth of the company.As a Trade Marketing enthusiast, I decided to join Coca-Cola Malaysia in Jan 2016 as the Franchise Lead and was appointed as the Head of Public Affairs & Communications for Coca-Cola Bottlers Malaysia in 2017 where I get the opportunity to drive Coca-Cola KU, an Entrepreneurship Program partner via KPDNKK. This program is in support of the Coca-Cola global initiative in empowering 5 million women by the year 2020 in the multi-disciplinary industry.

In Malaysia, we call this program Coca-Cola KU that stands for Komuniti Usahawan where we aim to empower 20,000 women entrepreneurs by the year 2020. To date we have been in 12 different locations and successfully trained 14,000 participants through this Coca-Cola KU platform.Apart from leading the above, I’m involved in other community projects that will have a positive impact to the society and environment such as the War on Waste program in Pulau Ketam, Tree Planting program in selected peat swamps, Jelajah 3R in 200 schools, Fast2Feed and other charitable programs. Heavily involved as panelist in Entrepreneurship contest mostly within the private institution, I am eager to share the broad spectrum of knowledge and commercial experience that I’ve gained over the years within FMCG.
