Equipped with over 40 years of working experience, Nursiah Sulaiman is naturally a people person. Having 15 years of background in the Human Resource Department, she is well versed on how to align skilled and qualified individuals to maximize return on investment of an organization.
In addition to that, she is also equipped with finance and budget skills based on her extensive experience in both Budget & Planning and Finance Departments.
Meanwhile, her last post in FELDA being the Deputy Director General specializing in Corporate Strategy & Top Management has enhanced and widened her communication skills and scope to manage and attend to top management executives and board members.
Apart from being the Managing Director of Nuraszly Enterprise, Nursiah wasalso the director for FELDA Kernal Sdn. Bhd., FELDA Sutrajaya Shipping Sdn.Bhd. and FELDA Prodata Services Sdn. Bhd., in which she has assisted in shaping the companies and spearheading the transformation required.
Her passion to serve the community finds her volunteering to several organizations such as being the Deputy President of National Council ofWomen’s Organisations (NCWO) Malaysia, Honorary Secretary of Persatuan SAHABAT Pusat Perubatan University Malaya and Honorary Secretary of The Resident’s Association of SS20 North Zone, Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya.Selangor Darul Ehsan.
